What awaits you ### • Travel reservation and expense management • Calendar management for directors • Drafting of meeting minutes and creation of presentations • Creation of offers, opening and follow-up of Purchase Orders • Planning and organization of meetings and committees • Coordinating and monitoring contracts with service providers • Providing support in monitoring invoicing and ordering processes related to operations • Administrative support within the framework of various projects • Announcement of works and communications to users • Contributing to the regular updating of dashboards and budgets What you bring ### • Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent • Knowledge in the field of building technology and/or security installations would be a plus • 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is a plus • Mastery of French level C1 min • Mastery of English level C1 min • Knowledge of Italian would be an asset • Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office) • Mastery of SAP is a plus • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous person • Strong customer orientation • Excellent presentation Ready for us?
