HEIG-VD is recruiting for the position of Academic HES Assistant in management in the health sector HEIG-VD is recruiting for the position of Academic HES Assistant in management in the health sector MAIN MISSIONS Reporting to the Haute Ecole de Gestion (HEG) department and its Interdisciplinary Institute of Business Development (IIDE), your missions will be as follows: You carry out academic research projects or mandates within the Management thematic competence group in the health sector of the IIDE institute. You participate in the collection and processing of data and provide support for the writing and enhancement of results. You participate in the administrative management (correspondence, invoicing, budget monitoring, organization of meetings) and operational management (project monitoring, stakeholder coordination, event organization) of activities, files, or projects of the group and the department. You assist professors in their teaching missions (assistance in course preparation, student supervision, administrative tasks). DESIRED PROFILE Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences (HEG or HEC) or an equivalent title, a higher-level degree is an asset Strong interest in applied research in management in the health sector Very good writing skills, sense of organization and detail, client and results oriented Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and to follow several projects in parallel Proven autonomy in the organization of one's tasks Availability and flexibility in schedules Good command of English, both oral and written.
