Analytical Scientist QC

Analytical Scientist QC Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialized in providing administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs, and local institutions. We wish to recruit an Analytical Scientist QC Mission: Coordinate and/or perform the transfers, qualifications, and validations of analytical methods with external partners, CRO, and CMO. Participate in the development, optimization, and implementation of analytical methods intended for quality control. Organize and monitor release, stability, and characterization analyses of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and finished products. Perform analytical tests in the laboratory according to internal procedures and GMP requirements. Write, review, and maintain technical and quality documentation (protocols, reports, SOP, work instructions). Contribute to quality investigations (OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA, Change Control) and provide scientific support to QA, RA, and Manufacturing teams. Ensure the proper functioning of analytical equipment (maintenance, qualification, calibration) as well as laboratory organization. Profile Master's, engineering degree, or doctorate in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or an equivalent discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally in a Quality Control environment. Excellent mastery of analytical techniques and/or biological assays. Experience with GMP environments, method transfers, and analytical validation activities. Good knowledge of ICH, FDA, USP, and European Pharmacopoeia standards. Analytical mind, scientific rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team within an international and multidisciplinary environment.
