Customer Advisor (f/m/nb), 80-100 % in Fribourg and Bulle # Your responsibilities • In a varied context, you advise by telephone and face-to-face, prospect new clients, and sell health insurance and pension solutions adapted to their needs. • You autonomously and proactively manage the follow-up of existing insured persons as well as daily client contacts. • You prepare offers, perform administrative tasks, and set appointments with potential clients. • Your ideas are welcome: you participate in actions at fairs or stands and represent CONCORDIA on-site. Your profile • You have completed basic professional training in a sales-oriented environment and are proficient in using a computer. • You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written - an essential asset for successful advisory interviews. And you possess knowledge of German? A real plus that makes a difference. • Sales and advisory are your passions: you have good contact with people and can rely on an existing network that you continuously develop. • Communication is your strength: you have a confident attitude and convince through your open and friendly manner. Working autonomously and responsibly is a matter of course for you. • You have completed AFA training or are motivated to follow it - we will support you in this process.
