The Service des sports (SPO) ensures notably the management and maintenance of municipal sports centers, stadiums, swimming pools, and ice rinks. It makes numerous infrastructures and facilities available to the Genevan population and encourages the practice of "Sport for all" by organizing schools for young people and activities for adults and seniors. It also participates in the organization of events and supports sport, more particularly junior movements, through the granting of subsidies. In order to complete its staff, the SPO is looking for a Pool Maintenance Mechanic (m/f) at 100% Your mission and responsibilities \- Deliver water from public swimming pools and basins that complies with the 385/9 standard of the Société suisse des ingénieurs et des architectes relating to water and water regeneration installations in public swimming pools. In case of identified shortcomings, you will immediately take corrective measures. \- Ensure optimal functioning of technical installations through adequate maintenance or troubleshooting service. \- Secure the pools through participation in the 24/24h technical on-call service. Your profile \- Hold a CFC in a technical profession (preferably electrician or mechanic). \- Be in possession of a driver's license for light vehicles. \- Demonstrate good knowledge of swimming pool water treatment. \- Be in possession of the federal certificate for the use of biocidal products (Oper\-D) or be prepared to take it. \- Have basic knowledge of usual IT tools. \- Accept an irregular schedule including evening, weekend, and public holiday work. \- Ensure, on a rotating basis, one week of 24/24h on-call duty. \- Be domiciled in the Canton of Geneva or in the authorized domiciliation zone.
