Your tasks: Preparation, control and independent management of your construction sites including schedule monitoring. Acquisition, customer advice, project planning, calculation and sales as well as realization and billing of your assignments in coordination with the department management and with the goal of growing independence. Creation of offers and invoices. Timely, written communication with customers and suppliers before, during and after order processing regarding additions, hourly work, technical clarifications and permits. Planning and assignment of employees to the construction sites as well as responsibility for material distribution. Personnel management including ensuring compliance with the GAV Ausbaugewerbe Basel-Stadt as well as monitoring health, safety and accident prevention regulations. Timely control and submission of construction site and hourly reports as well as support for employees and apprentices with technical and organizational questions. Deputizing for the department management Baumalerei in case of absence. Your profile: Completed training as Maler:in EFZ with further training as Project Manager SMGV or Malermeister:in SMGV (or equivalent qualification). Several years of professional experience in project management in the painting or finishing trade in a leading position. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in calculation, sales and customer care. Communication strength, negotiation skills and a confident appearance. Organizational talent, leadership experience and assertiveness. Independent, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working. Proficient MS-Office knowledge Stylistically secure German skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage.
