A position is available in our RC-Plast & Recycling department, as a: Exploitation Manager 100% (M/F) Your missions: • Supervise the maintenance assistant and all employees by supporting them in the conduct of their activities using LEAN management • Develop and ensure the updating of production indicators • Manage stocks and work in progress in order to have a continuous material balance available • Ensure production in accordance with quality and profitability objectives • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules • Develop a continuous improvement process including indicators • Develop a quality process including indicators • Supervise daily and exceptional cleaning operations • Ensure the management and optimization of the production tool • Project management • Participate in field operations in replacement of employees • Maintain relationships with our internal and external partners • Provide a duty service in case of need of the services We offer you: • an evolving job in a developing field, with varied activities • support and training when taking up the position • the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a stable company • a salary in line with the requirements and profile A meeting is necessary if you have- • Academic qualifications: Initial training at CFC or ES Technician level in one of the following fields: recycling, waste recovery, mechanics, etc. • Professional experiences: successful experience in managing an industrial production unit or a mechanical workshop; experience in project management desired; knowledge of maintenance. • Interpersonal skills: Excellent stress management skills, autonomy and sense of responsibility, organized and structured with a sense of collegiality. • German or English an asset Entry: to be agreed Type of position: Indeterminate duration Activity rate: 100% Interested: We invite you to send your complete application via jobup.
