To strengthen our Pension Fund management team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a 2nd pillar benefits manager (m/f). Missions • Analyze and process benefit files related to disability and death • Analyze and process affiliation requests (health questionnaires) • Examine and evaluate medical documents • Calculate, implement and monitor annuities, including child annuities • Manage the release of contribution payments • Inform insured persons of their rights and ensure coordination with various social institutions • Apply the legal and regulatory provisions in force Your profile • Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title • Proven experience of at least 2 years in file management, ideally in the field of occupational pension schemes, with a strong interest in benefit processing • The federal diploma of specialist in social insurance is an asset • Comfort with numbers and perfect command of French, both oral and written • Sharp mind, ability to learn quickly and a keen sense of analysis and synthesis • Rigor, sense of responsibility and autonomy in work • Sense of service, good emotional management and excellent team spirit We offer • An exceptional working environment • Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, parking, changing rooms, etc.) • Interesting social benefits • Flexible hours, teleworking as well as continuing education possibilities • All this in a motivating and varied professional environment We look forward to receiving your application documents (CV, cover letter, work certificates and diplomas)
