Tasks Cleaning & preparation of rooms and suites: Thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites and bathrooms according to the highest five-star superior standards, including the execution of the evening service (Turndown Service). Care of linen & consumables: Professional stocking of floor trolleys, changing of bed and terry linen as well as replenishing VIP amenities, minibars and hygiene items. Care & damage reporting: Respectful, discreet handling of personal guest property, complete reporting of technical defects to the housekeeping office as well as the forwarding of lost & found items. Requirements Experience & eye for detail: Initial or several years of experience in the field of housekeeping, ideally in luxury hotels, combined with a trained eye for cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetics. Physical fitness & resilience: High endurance and a hands-on mentality for rapid, precise work even during intensive changeover days as well as the willingness to work on weekends. Reliability & basic knowledge: Absolute honesty, discretion and excellent manners as well as basic knowledge of German, English or Italian (knowledge of Italian is of very great advantage for team communication in Engadin).
