Trade Fair Manager (80%–100%) *Baumessen Wettingen and Bern* The ZT Fachmessen AG is an owner-managed family business in Birmenstorf Aargau. We organize seven successful national specialist and public trade fairs at the locations Luzern, Wettingen, Zürich and Bern. To strengthen our experienced team, we are looking for a committed, communicative and customer-oriented personality. Your tasks Trade fair planning: You are responsible for the stand allocation, create hall plans and submit placement suggestions to the exhibitors. Exhibitor support and new customer acquisition: As the first point of contact, you support our exhibitors. At the same time, you actively acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships. Network and special shows: You plan and organize attractive special shows, maintain contact with associations, partners and industry organizations and continuously develop our trade fairs. Interface and administration: Together with the construction manager, you coordinate the wishes and orders of the exhibitors and record registrations as well as relevant data in our own trade fair program. Live on-site: During the trade fair phases, you support the team directly on-site – from setup and dismantling to competent support of the Info Desk. Your profile • You have a technical basic education and bring sound experience in the commercial field. • You enjoy customer contact and convince through your open, communicative and winning manner. • Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and an independent way of working characterize you. • You are a team player and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
