We are looking for a highly creative and motivated intern in Sales Experience Transformation and Engagement to help improve the sales experience through engaging communication and transformation initiatives. You will take charge of the "Sales Lounge" series - our monthly internal sales show - and contribute to impactful communication through editorial planning, videography best practices, and the analysis of field feedback. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive engagement, amplify employee voices, and support key transformation projects within the sales organization. YOUR CHALLENGE: • Full production of "Sales Lounge": scriptwriting, booking hosts/guests, organizing mobile studios, filming, and editing • "Agent Insights" video production: creating short 30 to 60-second learning capsules with agents in front of the camera • Editorial governance: managing the weekly multi-channel calendar to separate "Push" (Beekeeper) and "Pull" (One) updates • Project support: coordinating field focus groups and preparing platform comparison reports YOUR SKILLS: • Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Production, or related fields • Storytelling & scriptwriting: transforming business topics into simple and humorous video formats • Basic filming & editing: experience with smartphone/camera setups and software (Premiere, CapCut) • Proactivity & extroverted personality: high autonomy and confidence to approach agents in the field • Communication & languages: excellent writing skills in German (essential for the field) and English (business) At Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared, and values are lived.
