To expand our team, we are looking for the earliest possible date at the location in Zürich: Publishing Producer (100%) Your activities Manufacturing support of magazines and works with planning, realization and production Supplier and material evaluation as well as quotation management with all tasks for the creation, checking and renegotiation of commercial offers Strict deadline, cost and process monitoring Quality control (including blue prints, layout changes), invoice checking and administrative processing Interface coordination between product management, editorial, media production and external service providers Your profile Sound training in the graphic industry with relevant professional experience Strong organizational talent with a sense for quality, typography and deadlines Sound understanding of print and digital production as well as the ability to connect both production worlds Pronounced cost awareness and negotiation skills towards service providers Excellent MS Office skills as well as affinity for digital media and systems High personal responsibility and team-oriented way of working jpid091b7aejm jit0832jm jiy26jm
