Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private law organization, non-profit and recognized as being in the public interest. To complete the educational team of the RE Sector, 3 living places for residents with disabilities and associated mental health problems and/or aging, we are looking for a Social Educator, ASE, ASSC or Nurse (M/F) with an activity rate of 60%-80%. Mission ### You contribute to the well-being of residents, ensure them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim for the increase, maintenance or support in the loss of their skills according to the situations. You support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network. Responsibilities ### • Develop and implement educational strategies adapted to the needs of residents • Work in an interdisciplinary manner to respond to complex and heterogeneous problems • Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily life activities • Perform delegated care and medical-technical acts in relation to their level of competence • Participate in the choice, implementation and animation of relaxation and leisure activities • Encourage the integration of residents' loved ones in the development and follow-up of their individual project. • Collaborate actively with internal and external networks • Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents Desired Profile ### • Diploma in social education (HES, ES, Specialized Pedagogy), CFC in ASE or ASSC essential • Experience in supporting people with autonomy losses and associated disorders and/or in care • Ease in team work and communication, task organization; reliability • Interest in developing communication tools adapted to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualized support and regular coordination of collective activities • Marked motivation for the development of new educational actions • Good knowledge of computer science and Microsoft Office programs • Category B driving license desired Work Environment ### We offer the possibility of participating in the development of an important institution, taking on challenges and, through continuous training, developing your skills.
