You will support and relieve the supervisor in the Housing and Commercial portfolio in administrative matters, help with the creation of budget bases, and actively participate in projects, which you also lead independently. Your area of responsibility includes real estate management in the disciplines of housing and commercial. You take care of various correspondences, maintain lists, organize and coordinate appointments, and participate in further administrative activities (assignment of work, writing invoices and service charge statements, filing systems, etc.). This position combines classic tasks in real estate management with assistant tasks. What you bring You have completed a commercial basic education and have acquired sound professional experience in the real estate world. You possess the federal professional certificate as a Real Estate Manager or a comparable qualification.
