Mandatsbetreuer/in Versicherungen (m/w/d) 80-100% What you do You support the Mandatsleitenden in the care of corporate customers You process inquiries from customers and insurance companies in consultation with the Mandatsleitung and internal specialists You work on all main tasks of an insurance broker and support the preparation of annual discussions, the review of documents and invoices, and the creation of tenders and offer comparisons You perform administrative tasks in the CRM system for managing insurance portfolios You accompany and support our customers in cases of damage, in consultation with the Mandatsleitung Why you succeed You have a commercial training in the insurance industry and/or several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer You meet the formal requirements for registration in the FINMA intermediary register Your claim to precise, efficient, reliable, and independent work is one of your pronounced strengths You are skilled in all modern IT systems and applications You have the ability to communicate in stylistically correct German, spoken and written, and have knowledge of foreign languages (F, I, or E) Your lived service orientation and your interest in learning new things characterize you What awaits you with us We strive to be a modern, forward-looking family-owned company.
