We are a company active in Facility Services. To strengthen our team in Olten, we are looking for a regionally working employee as Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Reiniger m/w 100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Liegenschaftenbetreuung (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings • Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining borders, cutting hedges and edges • Monitoring of building technology • General work, such as changing lamps etc. Requirements: • Apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance, craft training, or several years of experience as a janitor/cleaner • Language: CH-German • Driver's license category B required (only automatic vehicles available) • Clean and well-groomed appearance • Good manners when dealing with customers and employees • Flexible/independent/resilient • Motivated/dynamic • All-rounder Offer: We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic environment.
