Billing Manager

To strengthen our small team, we are looking for a: BILLING MANAGER 80-100% (M/F)   YOUR MISSION   You play an essential role in the financial chain of our projects. From handwritten technical documents from the field, you analyze, verify and transform the information into reliable invoices. You work hand in hand with project managers and accounting, going to fetch data, relaunching when necessary and always keeping an eye on priorities. Organized, autonomous and at ease in a technical environment (electricity, heating, ventilation, plumbing), you learn quickly and know how to show confidence with fairness.       YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure accurate and complete billing of the company's services • Ensure follow-up of billing deadlines and reminder policy • Financially analyze businesses, with operational unit managers, to contribute to the economic vision of projects • Carry out post-calculation of businesses • Collaborate with the accounting and management control team • Participate in and develop the billing process for services   YOUR PROFILE • CFC in Commerce or equivalent education • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position • Good understanding of building technology (electricity, heating, ventilation, plumbing) or strong interest in this field • Writing skills and orthographic mastery • Rigorous, autonomous, organized person, able to manage priorities and respect strict deadlines • Analytical mind, problem-solving ability and critical thinking
