Your tasks • You take over the operational management of a strategic program for the expansion of life and non-life business. • You establish governance, structures, and control mechanisms for successful program management. • You coordinate and lead sub-projects as well as their project managers and ensure overall control. • You further develop the program planning, are responsible for the roadmap, and manage resources and priorities. • You finalize business cases and investment planning in close cooperation with the specialist departments. • You ensure transparent reporting based on KPIs, milestones, and target values. • You act as a central interface between business, IT, and other stakeholders and prepare decisions for steering committees and the executive management. Your profile • Several years of experience in leading complex programs, transformations, or large-scale projects. • Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally in the Swiss market as well as in life and/or non-life business. • Experience in the development of business cases, investment planning, and strategic roadmaps. • Proven strength in translating strategic concepts into concrete implementation programs. • Confident appearance and experience in dealing with stakeholders at top management level. • Practical experience with classical and agile procedural models. • Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
