Work location: Wahlkreis Wil Start: from now on Tasks: • Independent planning and implementation of projects in the production and packaging area • Coordination and close cooperation with the participating specialist departments • Documentation and tracking of projects with MS Project • Collaboration in the assembly and commissioning of new systems and processes • Support in the optimization of production workflows and technical processes Requirements: • Completed training as a Käsermeister, Molkereimeister, Molkereitechniker, Lebensmitteltechnologe HF or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in food production, ideally in milk processing • Experience in project management is an advantage • Good knowledge of production workflows as well as hygiene, cleaning, and process technology • Experience in creating and reading process diagrams such as RI-Schemata or Flow Charts • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Team player and communicative personality with technical understanding
