Place of work: Bern 0% Remote Work The Civil Division of the Bern-Mittelland Regional Court is responsible as the first instance for civil law disputes that arise in its judicial region. As of September 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a court secretary for our team. Your tasks <br /> • Administration of court proceedings concerning family law as well as ordinary and simplified proceedings with a focus on liability/insurance law • Checking new arrivals and recording them in the business processing system • Issuing rulings and decisions (independently and/or according to specifications) • Scheduling hearings • Taking minutes in brief hearings of spouses and in child hearings • General correspondence • Providing telephone information • Representing other court secretaries in case of absence • Assisting in the training of trainees <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed administrative training or commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) • Professional experience in a judicial authority or a law firm • Very good German language skills • Oral French language skills • Expedient, accurate, reliable, and very independent way of working • Reliable, flexible, team-oriented, resilient • Impeccable reputation • Good knowledge of current Office applications • Interest in legal issues, particularly in the field of family law and liability/insurance law <br /> We offer you <br /> • Varied and interesting activities • Helpful and experienced team consisting of court presidents, court clerks, and court secretaries • Central workplace located directly at Kocherpark, near the main station • Opportunity to participate in cantonal internal further education <br /> Contact Curious?
