Bed Manager

The Nursing Directorate is responsible for the Central Bed Management of the Insel Gruppe and is looking for a new colleague to strengthen the team. What awaits you <br /> • As a Bed Manager, you coordinate and arrange emergency inpatient and outpatient patient admissions and support the University Hospital for Emergency Medicine with the transfer of patients to the medical areas • You have an overall operational overview of bed occupancy and ensure permanent admission capacity at the Insel Gruppe • As a central contact person, you enjoy close interprofessional cooperation with different areas and professional colleagues • Participation in the scheduling of pool employees for sitting watches and nursing assistants <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You are a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH (Optional NDS Anesthesia, Intensive Care, or Emergency Nursing) • You have at least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital • You can draw on experience in complex patient situations and ideally have knowledge in the coordination and scheduling of patients • You are characterized by high social competence as well as strong communication and teamwork skills • You are a service-oriented organizational talent, motivated, and look forward to active participation in shaping your area of work • You are willing to work in a two-shift operation (day and late shifts, Mon -- Sun) <br /> Our offer <br /> • An exciting and demanding area of responsibility in a dedicated team • Working with one of the most modern clinical information systems in a developing environment • Attractive employment conditions in a meaningful and versatile working environment <br /> Questions about the position?
