Machining Methods Technician (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission Do you want to evolve in a high-tech industrial environment and contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes? For one of our renowned partners, we are looking for a Machining Methods Technician. You will play a key role in the development, improvement, and reliability of machining processes, in close collaboration with production teams and various technical services. Your missions: - Develop, program, and optimize machining programs on various production means. - Participate in the industrialization of new products and support their production launch. - Carry out technical trials, analyze results, and propose improvements. - Develop and optimize manufacturing sequences in order to improve process performance. - Update technical data and ensure the compliance of production documentation. - Collaborate with production teams and various internal partners to ensure the smooth running of projects. - Actively participate in continuous improvement processes. Your profile \- CFC in polymechanic, ES Technician in microtechnology, HES Engineer or training deemed equivalent in Switzerland. - Proven experience in CNC machining (turning and/or milling), in Switzerland. - Excellent knowledge of ISO programming and CAM software. - Mastery of a CAM software. - Good mechanical skills and mastery of tooling assembly on machining machines. - Methodical, rigorous person with good analytical skills. - Ease in teamwork and a taste for technical production environments.
