For the Haus Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for a Head of Care and Support 100% Your tasks: • Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the nursing process • Further development of the care and support department for our number of nursing guests • Controlling of quality and productivity (bed occupancy, performance recording in CareCoach) • Adherence to budget specifications and achievement of departmental goals • Organization and coordination of various stakeholder groups (relatives, general practitioners, other organizations and institutions as well as insurance companies) • Leadership of nursing staff • Recruitment and development process for employees • Close collaboration with management Your profile: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-fachmann FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia is an advantage • At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as Head of Care and Support or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader • Dynamic leadership personality • Secure communication in German, both written and spoken • A warm and humorous attitude • High empathy and special team skills Why Tertianum?
