For the development and expansion of lignumetal engineering AG, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality as Managing Director 80 – 100 % (also possible in Co-Lead) In this key role, you will take over the operational overall responsibility and implement the strategic specifications of the Board of Directors. You will build up the organization, recruit qualified engineers and planners, and actively maintain relationships with customers and partners. Initial projects have already been initiated, and you will be specifically supported in further market development and acquisition. Your central tasks include advising investors and builders, developing and conceiving innovative wood-steel solutions, carrying out static calculations, as well as technical construction management. You have a degree in engineering in wood construction or equivalent training. Ideally, you also have business management knowledge and experience in controlling budgets, key figures, and business goals. In the field of hybrid construction systems, you have in-depth knowledge. Leadership experience - whether at the management or departmental management level - rounds out your profile.
