Responsibilities ### As a Gardener Team Leader, you will be responsible for: • Supervising and coordinating a team on garden creation projects. • Planning and organizing work on construction sites while respecting deadlines and quality standards. • Actively participating in the realization of work: small masonry in concrete or natural stone, paving, paving, planting, lawn installation, etc. • Ensuring the safety and maintenance of tools and equipment. Qualifications ### We are looking for a candidate with: • A CFC in horticulture-landscaping, masonry or proven experience in the field. • Proven experience in team management and garden creation. • Excellent knowledge of landscape design techniques. • A keen sense of organization and responsibility. • A valid driver's license (category B, ideally BE). • Good ability to write daily reports.
