At Façades Techniques SA, we design and implement innovative ventilated facade solutions for new construction and renovation projects in Suisse romande. A human-sized company based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for Project Managers capable of ensuring the full management of projects, from the award to the final acceptance of the works. Within our structure, you will benefit from real autonomy, direct contact with management, and a decisive role in the success of our projects. Ventilated facade project manager As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of the projects entrusted to you. You ensure their technical, financial, and operational management while guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety. Your main responsibilities: Project management • Take charge of projects from their award. • Define the execution strategy and establish the general planning. • Ensure global monitoring of the schedule, budget, and resources. • Identify risks and implement necessary corrective actions. • Ensure regular reporting to management. Studies and technical coordination • Analyze execution files and contractual requirements. • Participate in technical meetings with clients, architects, and representatives. • Elaborate execution plans and technical details. • Validate construction solutions and guarantee their compliance with current standards. • Ensure the monitoring of modifications and additional works. Purchasing and supplier management • Consult, select, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. • Place orders and ensure their follow-up. • Control supply times and the conformity of deliveries. • Optimize costs while guaranteeing the quality of services. Site monitoring • Organize and coordinate the interventions of the assembly teams. • Participate in site meetings. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety requirements. • Support team leaders in resolving field issues. • Ensure intermediate and final acceptance of the works. Financial management • Establish and monitor the budget for each affair. • Control incurred costs and the project margin. • Prepare work situations, measurements, and payment requests. • Manage amendments and complementary works. The ideal person: Training: • CFC in the field of construction (metal construction, draftsman, carpenter, etc.) completed by higher education, • ES Technician, HES Bachelor, engineer, or equivalent training in the fields of building, civil engineering, architecture, or the building envelope. Experience: • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland. • Confirmed experience in the building envelope, facades, metal construction, or a similar field. • Experience in the financial monitoring of projects and site management. Technical skills: • Excellent understanding of construction techniques and the building envelope. • Knowledge of ventilated facade systems (a major asset). • Mastery of AutoCAD and iCAD (a plus) • Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite. • Mastery of project planning and monitoring tools. • Reading and understanding of execution plans.
