Then you fit perfectly with us!   For the Haus Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a   Head of Nursing and Care 100%   Your tasks • Responsible for the quality and implementation of the service mandate and the nursing process • Further development of the Nursing & Care area for our number of nursing guests • Controlling of quality and productivity (bed occupancy, service recording in CareCoach) • Compliance with budget specifications and the achievement of the area's goals • Organization and coordination of the various stakeholder groups (relatives, family doctors, other organizations and institutions as well as insurance companies) • Leadership of nursing staff • Recruitment and development processes of employees • Close cooperation with the management   Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-fachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care with people with dementia is an advantage • At least 1-2 years of leadership experience as Head of Nursing & Care or at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a group leader • Dynamic leadership personality • Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written • A warmhearted and humorous basic attitude • High empathy and special teamwork skills   Why Tertianum?
