Investigating Officer with Leadership Function

80--100 % starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement Your responsibility : <br /> • As part of your leadership function, you lead a team of four investigating officers (and one trainee). • You are responsible for the technical support of your employees, the allocation of cases, and quality control (especially of the final decisions). • You work closely with the public prosecutor responsible for the team (who holds the procedural management and signing authority). • As part of your function as an investigating officer, you personally investigate criminal cases in the area of felonies, misdemeanors, and contraventions in cooperation with the public prosecutor responsible for your team. • You conduct interrogations with suspects, persons providing information, and witnesses. • You draft final decisions as well as orders and consultations in all areas of the Swiss Criminal Code and supplementary criminal law. • Furthermore, you perform on-call duty. <br /> Your background : <br /> • You have a completed degree in law or an equivalent, subject-related training and many years of experience in criminal prosecution. • CAS Forensics l is an advantage. • Leadership experience is desired. • In personal terms, you are characterized by resilience, team spirit, decisiveness, and an independent and careful way of working. • You have an eye for the essential and appear confident when dealing with parties to the proceedings. • Integrity and confidentiality are a matter of course for you. <br /> For questions regarding the position Morena Schrank stv.
