Coordinator (50%) \- Centre Écoute Contre le Racisme de Genève
Le Centre Écoute Contre le Racisme de Genève is recruiting!
Le Centre – Écoute contre le racisme (C\-ECR) is a Geneva-based association whose mission is to support persons who are victims or witnesses of racism. The Centre offers the following free and confidential services: listening, advice, psychosocial support, mediation, legal assistance, etc.
As a member of the Réseau de centres de conseil pour les victimes du racisme en Suisse, the Centre also contributes to the national census of cases of racial discrimination and is committed to prevention and awareness against racism.
Two positions are available: a duty officer and a coordinator. We are looking for two committed and autonomous people to carry the Centre together on a daily basis. The two positions are complementary: they share a common core of missions, while involving specific responsibilities. The final distribution of tasks will be based on the profiles and key skills of the selected candidates.
