Team Leader Finishing (focus on balancing) (m/f/d, 80%-100%) In this role, you are responsible for leading the shop floor team for finishing shafts in the Rotor Production H35 High Speed department in Baden, Switzerland, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of the finished shafts. You report to the Head of the Rotor Production department and lead the entire finishing process. Education: Completed basic technical training or FH degree 5+ years of leadership experience of shop floor employees Many years of experience in the field of manufacturing technology with a focus on balancing technology Implementation successes in ramping up automated production lines Knowledge and application experience in Data Analytics Experience with process capability and measurement capability analyses Very good SAP and MES knowledge Experience with control systems is an advantage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable is an advantage Practical experience in programming language C# or an advantage Tasks and activities: End-to-end responsibility for the finishing of turbine shafts: Primarily responsible for the fully automated production line «SmartBalancing Cell». Responsible for safety on the shop floor: Zero Lost-Time-Incidents per year. Ensuring resource planning, training, and further education of the directly managed employees Responsible for the correct and complete maintenance of the machines Technical leadership of the operational balancing technology at expert level (operation of NC machines, balancing measuring machines, automation systems, control system) Responsible for the delivery capability from the production line Ensuring delivery quality and monitoring process stability in the key process of balancing.
