Due to the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for: Technical Purchaser (m/w) 100% Your main tasks Create and track orders Create and track requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotation (RFQ) to suppliers Monitor deadlines and send reminders Negotiate prices, delivery times, and supplier terms Manage supplier activities and all logistical aspects, including transport Process supplier complaints and track corrective actions together with the SQA Manager Process supplier invoices and credits Participate in the selection of new suppliers Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Your profile Professional qualification as a technician, supplemented by a technical degree, or technical professional qualification, supplemented by a certificate as a purchasing assistant () At least 3 years of professional experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement Good knowledge in the field of electronic components; technical knowledge is an advantage Knowledge of the requirements of a quality management system according to ISO 9001 Good command of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in handling an ERP system; knowledge of Proalpha is an advantage Languages: Very good command of English and French; basic knowledge of German Proactive personality, open to changes and motivated to develop further in a dynamic technical environment Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work together in a versatile way with a good sense of analysis and priorities We offer Hybrid work model, which allows high flexibility.
