Director at 100% Serving the Community and playing a key role in mobility within the Riviera vaudoise, the public transport company VMCV has the main mission of operating the region's public transport network. Constantly evolving and supported by its 250 employees, the company faces current mobility challenges and makes an essential contribution to the economic, touristic and social development of the Riviera, while adopting an approach focused on agility and sustainability. Following the departure of the current Director, the Board of Directors of VMCV is looking for a Director at 100% Your mission You lead the company, ensure its good management and its development. You deploy and implement its strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors, define annual objectives, ensure operational management and guarantee the financial health of the organization. You actively contribute to the sustainable development of the company which you represent to political authorities, shareholders, sponsors as well as partners. You support your teams in the deployment of the decarbonization strategy and its systemic implications for the entire company. Thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, your unifying leadership, fine communication and your interpersonal ease, you support managers and their teams by accompanying their actions, giving meaning to their missions and taking into account the human, economic and social aspects of company management. This position requires several years of experience in a Director function, preferably within a public service company, with a strong sensitivity to the challenges of mobility and sustainability.Your profile You have higher education, ideally at master's level, in public administration (Idheap) or in a technical, legal or economic field. You possess several years of experience in a Director function or with management responsibilities for large teams. Your strong customer orientation allows you to ensure the strategic, operational and human steering of the company. You know how to interact appropriately with a diversity of interlocutors, your transparent communication, your collaborative personality and your managerial skills allow you to embody a public service organization and to unite your teams around common visions and values. Sensitive to the current challenges of the mobility and sustainability sector, you have a real interest in the field of public transport.
