Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80-100 % #### As Retail Construction & Transformation Manager, you will actively participate in the development of the BENU pharmacy network. You will lead demanding transformation, renovation, and remodeling projects, from their conception to their realization. You will also play a central role in the coordination between internal teams, external partners, and our various sites. Are you looking for a varied activity where no two days are alike? The heart of your role: ##### As Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80-100 %, you will be responsible for: • Global management of Retail, renovation, and transformation projects, including planning, establishment and monitoring of budgets, cost control as well as deadline management. • Development and optimization of pharmacy concepts in collaboration with Sales, Expansion, Marketing teams and other partners. • Coordination of architects, works directors, specialized planners, general contractors and craft companies. • Technical monitoring of projects on-site as well as professional collaboration, on an equal footing, with construction partners and craft companies. • Development of investment budgets, business cases and decision-making bases for management. • Continuous development of standards and processes in the fields of construction, maintenance and occupational safety. What makes your heart beat: ##### • Completed training in a technical field, construction, architecture, Facility Management or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in managing complex construction, renovation or transformation projects. • Solid knowledge in project management as well as experience in managing budgets, costs and suppliers. • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to advance projects autonomously. • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication skills with management, architects, works directors and craft companies. • Ability to explain technical subjects clearly and to implement pragmatic solutions. • Structured and solution-oriented working method, with a high sense of responsibility. • Very good knowledge of German or French as well as good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is an asset.
