Within the Legal Department of the General Management of the Assura Group, you hold a key role by accompanying the different entities of the Group on various legal issues. Your objective? To provide pragmatic legal advice, secure the company's activities through the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, and ensure the compliance of practices with legal and regulatory requirements. What you do on a daily basis • You provide legal support to the Assura group by providing legal opinions and support to the different entities on legal questions. • You analyze, draft, and review various contracts, notably commercial ones, while providing legal opinions in different areas of law according to the needs of the company and you take part in large-scale company projects. You also participate in the creation or modification of insurance products, mainly in LCA, and examine questions related to regulatory law (LSA). • You ensure legislative and case law monitoring, participate in the drafting or review of Assura's positions, and develop regulations as well as internal directives in order to guarantee the compliance and legal security of the organization. What you bring to the team • You demonstrate an excellent sense of organization and analysis, which allows you to effectively manage complex files while quickly identifying legal issues and appropriate solutions. • You work in a collaborative manner and actively contribute to the team spirit, by utilizing your knowledge in contract law, health insurance law, and regulatory law to accompany the different stakeholders. • You hold a Master's degree in Swiss law, if possible also the attorney's certificate (brevet d'avocat) and benefit from a minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate jurist or collaborator ideally within an insurance company, allowing you to evolve with ease in a demanding legal environment.
