The following tasks form the focus of this position. At the same time, we support each other in daily operations and jointly take responsibility for a stable, secure, and future-oriented IT landscape. Your tasks ### • Independent support and further development of our business applications (ERP, CAD, telephony, and other specialist systems) • Ensuring continuous operation as well as further development of our client and workplace environment • Administration of Microsoft 365 including user management • Support for our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support • Participation in digitalization projects as well as cross-departmental IT tasks • Cooperation with external software and solution partners • Documentation and continuous optimization of our systems What you bring with you ### • IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience • Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment, client management, and ideally in the operation of business applications • Enjoyment of contact with users as well as interest in business processes • Independent, structured, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working You do not need to know every one of our systems already.
