Job Description ## • Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects ranging from smaller renovations to demanding large-scale projects • Responsibility for successful project execution from planning to handover • Organization and control of deadlines, costs, and quality specifications • Preparation of offers and technical solution proposals • Participation in the planning and execution process of modern building technology solutions • Coordination of customers, planners, suppliers, and other project participants • Support with material and supplier procurement • Technical and commercial support of the projects across all project phases • Ensuring professional, economical, and customer-oriented project execution You will work on varied projects in residential construction, commercial buildings, public buildings, as well as demanding building technology projects of different magnitudes.
