YOUR TASKS • You assume overall responsibility for procurement and logistics at the Klinik Aarau -- from procurement through storage to distribution and disposal incl. OR logistics, consignment, and rental material • You ensure that all materials are available at all times, procured economically, and provided efficiently • You optimize the entire logistics chain and material flows, especially in connection with the upcoming commissioning of Haus C as well as further changes on the clinic grounds, and specifically and continuously develop processes further • You actively drive the standardization and digitalization of our processes • You are responsible for budget, material costs, and inventory and control costs together with the clinic management • Active participation in the further development of the clinic grounds, especially in your area with the new building Schachenallee as well as further construction projects and ensuring a smooth commissioning • You lead your team professionally and personally and actively develop them <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Training as Eidg. Dipl. Einkäufer/-in / Einkaufsleiter/-in or comparable qualification in the field of logistics • You have further training in the field of leadership • Several years of experience in a leadership function in the field of logistics or procurement / Supply Chain Management (ideally in healthcare) • Extensive experience in process optimization, project management, and transformation • Strong business understanding and experience in cost management • Very good SAP knowledge • Strong negotiation skills • Level-appropriate communication • Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation (stakeholder management) • Affinity for digitalization, robotics, and systems • You think in networks, structured, and solution-oriented • You convince with leadership strength, assertiveness, and communication skills <br /> Perhaps this is the chance you have been waiting for!
