ICT Senior System Engineer / SAFe Team Coach

Tasks Engineering and co-development of the tactical communication solution for the Army Telecommunications Program (TK A) Assumption of a Team Coach / Scrum Master role according to the SAFe framework Participation in the creation of system architecture and concept documents (technical concepts, variant analyses) Close cooperation with software and hardware development teams (HW/SW) for the further development of products Construction and operation of demo setups as well as conducting feasibility studies, prototypes and customer demonstrations Requirements engineering at the system and component level (recording, analysis, specification, change management) Planning, execution and documentation of system integrations - e.g. integration of heterogeneous communication and network systems Active participation in interdisciplinary projects Requirements Completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or comparable technical discipline Experience in system engineering and architecture, ideally in a security-relevant environment Experience in requirements engineering and technical documentation Very good network and security knowledge Sound Linux knowledge (operation and configuration) Experience in dealing with customers in the federal or defense environment is an advantage Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Independent, proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong technical understanding and team spirit Languages Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
