To complete our team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as of 1 October 2026 or by agreement as a YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE : • The care and maintenance of outdoor spaces, green spaces as well as stabilized hard surfaces. • The separation, disposal and professional management of waste and recyclable materials. • Collaboration in the structural and technical maintenance of buildings and installations. • The execution of winter services to ensure operational and road safety on the installations. • The performance of maintenance, intermediate and deep cleanings in the buildings. • The competent follow-up and support of our users for questions relating to the property. • The substitution of employees in the field of concierge services. YOUR PROFILE MATCHES PERFECTLY IF YOU : • Have completed training as a CFC facility maintenance specialist, concierge service orientation, or an equivalent training. • Possess good oral and written knowledge in German. • Ideally, have initial professional experience and a flair for the requirements of school operations. • Contribute to a constructive exchange through your commitment, your strong customer orientation and your engaging manner. • Distinguish yourself by an autonomous, efficient and service-oriented style of work. • Possess IT skills and ideally a category B driving license.
