Work location: Bern The civil division of the Regionalgericht Bern-Mittelland is responsible as a first instance for the civil law disputes that arise in its judicial region. As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a court clerk for our team. The position is fixed-term until 31 May 2027 Your tasks <br /> • Legal activities in the field of civil law, in particular family law, other legal areas of the ZGB and OR • independent reasoning of decisions in ordinary and summary proceedings • keeping minutes at court hearings • clarification of legal questions • independent receipt of oral requests and statements <br /> Your profile <br /> • completed law studies • practice and experience in the legal profession or a court • stylish expression • independent way of working • flexibility, ability to work in a team • quick comprehension • resilience • good knowledge of current Office applications <br /> We offer you <br /> • interesting and varied activity • helpful and flexible team • central workplace, near Hauptbahnhof <br /> Contact Curious?
