What you will achieve Our training clinic (A-status) for Internal Medicine is organized as a highly innovative and high-performance hybrid system between employed doctors and freelance attending physicians. You bear responsibility for the employed doctors and decide together with an interdisciplinary management team on the professional, organizational, and strategic aspects of the overall clinic. You combine medical quality with economic thinking and a clear eye for the essentials. You create an environment in which young doctors can grow, take on responsibility, and develop into independent and competent physicians. You represent the training clinic towards specialist societies, committees, and cooperation partners and bear budget and results responsibility with a focus on quality, training, and sustainability. What distinguishes you You hold the specialist title in General Internal Medicine. The existing A-status of the training clinic requires habilitation. However, we also expressly welcome suitable applications without habilitation.
