Your field of activity ### • Together with the team, you ensure the care, maintenance and further development of the indoor greenery as well as the 15 hectares of green and outdoor areas on the hospital grounds • You take over the maintenance and care of our plants in the indoor area, carry out plantings and contribute to an attractive and well-maintained environment • Smaller repair, service and maintenance work as well as the safe handling of machines and devices are part of your versatile daily routine, as well as supportive waste disposal during bottlenecks • You accompany and support our apprentices in their training and lead and coordinate temporary staff in their activities. You perform the winter on-call service and support the team during snow removal and ice slipperiness control operations Your experience ### • You have completed vocational training as a gardener EFZ and bring sound knowledge in green space maintenance and/or in the production of plants • Ideally, you have practical experience in indoor greenery and enjoy developing yourself in this specialist field • The safe handling of small machines is part of your daily work. You have a category B driving license, category BE is an advantage • Team spirit, initiative as well as a reliable and responsible way of working characterize you.
