Our client is known as a supplier of hydraulic and mechanical components and a provider of versatile solutions for multiple industries. He has been serving industrial companies and private customers for 30 years. Tasks ## Order-related work repairs/production of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components/parts) - Execute and report customer orders: repairs/production of hydraulic components, e.g. hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, etc. - You disassemble hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and determine their defective parts - The defective parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations - For production, you have conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine at your disposal - You determine the seals to be replaced on hydraulic components and manufacture or order them independently - You assemble disassembled hydraulic components and test them for functionality on existing test rigs - You overcome production-related and mechanical challenges with your creativity Requirements ## Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanician EFZ, automotive mechatronics engineer, agricultural machinery mechanic, or vocational training with a focus on mechanics/hydraulics Mechanical all-rounder with a reliable and accurate way of working, designed for independence.
