Head of Sector

To strengthen our Business Unit "Saphir", we are looking for a: Head of Sector Missions: Organize, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the production workshop, ensuring respect for quality, deadline and productivity objectives; Ensure proximity management that promotes motivation, skill development and team cohesion, while ensuring strict adherence to company standards and requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure individual and collective management of a team (time and absence management, performance evaluation, success enhancement, recruitment, reorientation, personal development, initiative and responsibility) Organize and distribute work within the team based on priorities, skills and available production capacities; Ensure respect for production schedules and deadlines; Ensure respect for passage times for customer satisfaction by piloting the OF of all products on their line in collaboration with scheduling; Create and manage daily and medium-term staffing plans; Participate in upstream reflections on equipment choices and line project management; Ensure the transmission of instructions, objective follow-up and technical support for employees; Actively relay the messages and commitments of the Management, animate organizational and performance rituals and ensure the application of standards; Control the conformity of operations to quality requirements (dimensions, aesthetics, finishes, etc.) and ensure respect for procedures; Animate corrective and preventive actions in relation to ANC; Collaborate closely with quality, logistics, maintenance and methods services to resolve production problems; Ensure follow-up of 1st level maintenance; Identify and report training, tool, material or resource needs; Actively contribute to continuous improvement actions (5S, Lean, reduction of rejects, optimization of flows, etc.); Ensure the safety of people, respect for instructions and maintenance of equipment in good condition; Profile: Basic technical training (CFC in Mechanics, Micromechanics or equivalent); Confirmed experience in a similar position for several years in an industrial environment; Training and experience in team management; Good mastery of production processes and constraints; Knowledge of production tracking tools and performance indicators; Mastery of basic ERP and office tools (Excel, Word); Mastery of continuous improvement tools and methods (5S, Lean, problem solving, Kaizen); Ability to interpret production plans and ranges; Proximity leadership, sense of responsibility and field orientation; Organization, rigor and ability to manage priorities; Relational ease, ability to motivate and unite a team; Analytical spirit and solution-oriented; Reactivity and adaptability in a high-quality demanding environment.
