You put your energy into this: • You lead our in-house production with three employees and develop it into a modern, multidisciplinary Brand Studio. • Together with your team, you produce high-quality content – from graphics, photos, and videos to layouts, live experience elements, and merchandising. • You ensure that our brand is consistently, differentiated, and effectively experienced across all touchpoints. • You love to be operationally active yourself and create visual content manually – from creative videos to social media animations to emergency glue. • You control resources, budgets, and external partners if necessary, as well as the ticketing system, and ensure efficient production planning. Your broad, technical expertise helps you to connect all disciplines. You bring this with you: • Several years of hands-on experience in content production or a comparable environment (e.g., media house) – ideally with initial leadership experience. • Passion for visual communication, brand management, and content along the customer journey. • Proven own know-how with modern creative, design, and AI tools, as well as joy in proactively exploring and using new technologies. • Experience in project and resource management and sovereignty in prioritizing and planning scenarios. • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work and the claim to further develop people and actively shape changes.
