Road maintenance worker 80 - 100% # To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person to start immediately or by agreement as: What awaits you Every day is different. You will have varied tasks: • Maintenance and upkeep of municipal roads • Maintenance of watercourses and their protective structures • Operation, maintenance and control of collection and recycling points • Maintenance and upkeep of road signage, as well as machines, devices, vehicles and other equipment • Participation in winter services, including on-call duties • Participation in various municipal and village events (e.g. fairground) What you bring • Completed vocational training in a technical or artisanal field (e.g. road construction, public works, wood/forest, metal construction, horticulture, automotive technology, waste management/recycling or equivalent qualification) • Technical understanding, manual dexterity and enjoyment of working outdoors • Good physical condition and resilience • Category B and BE driving license (category C is an asset) • Interest in sustainable operation and the development of municipal infrastructure • Availability for periodic on-call duties as well as a short commute What you can look forward to • A varied and responsible activity with a lot of autonomy • A motivated, collegial and experienced team • Modern employment conditions • Attractive and generous continuing education opportunities • The possibility to participate actively in the development of our municipality Your job interview Due to the holiday period, interviews will begin in calendar week 34.
