Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the roller shutter manufacturing area including team leadership
• Ensuring and continuously improving productivity, adherence to deadlines, and quality
• Building up and further developing the area
• Optimal planning and coordination of appointments, resources, and capacities in shift operations
• Active implementation of improvements (CIP)
• Cost centre responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and occupational safety

What you bring

• Completed technical apprenticeship and ideally further training as a production specialist or a comparable qualification
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally in a two-shift operation, and experience with assembly systems
• Experience in lean and project management
• Good PC user skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Reliable, quick-witted personality with strong organisational talent
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Networked thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
