Machine Operator

For our customer, a leading and innovative Swiss company in the field of mechanical component processing based in the Mittelland region, we are looking for a motivated and expert personality as Machine Operator Coating (m/f/d) – 100%, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: • Robot-assisted coating: You take over the setup, loading, and quality acceptance of the components at the automated robot system. • Manual refinement: You perform precise manual coatings on various workpieces. • Surface preparation: The setup and professional operation of the sandblasting plant is also part of your tasks. • Quality control: You monitor the processes directly at the machines and record the results seamlessly in test protocols. • Logistics & Administration: You handle the goods inward and outward, including labeling, via the ERP system SAP. If required, you also flexibly support the assembly team. Qualifications Your profile: • Education: You have successfully completed a basic technical or mechanical training. • Professional experience: You have already been able to gain several years of experience as a machine operator in an industrial environment. Experience in the field of coating is a big plus. • System & Language skills: You are proficient in using MS Office as well as SAP and communicate fluently in German (spoken and written).
