Then come to us at the Hofgarten Center, where you can work in a specialized environment in a recovery-oriented manner and actively help shape psychiatric long-term care. ?      What you can achieve with us: Psychiatric care and support You accompany people with chronic mental illnesses in a sensitive, recovery-oriented and professional manner - with a focus on promoting resources and participation. Care processes and documentation You plan, implement and evaluate individualized care processes and carefully record them in Lobos. Crisis intervention You recognize changes in the condition of residents at an early stage and initiate situation-appropriate measures - calmly, competently and de-escalatingly. Medication management You are responsible for the correct administration of medication and weekly medication management according to medical prescription. Social pedagogical support You support residents in structuring their daily lives, promoting social skills and reintegrating into social networks.
