Scrum Master # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Bern Start date: 09/26 Reference number: 883851/1 Project information ### • No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz) Tasks ### • Ensuring and moderating all relevant Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, retrospectives etc.) • Designing, organizing and facilitation of workshops as well as complex agile formats such as PI Plannings, System Demos and alignment sessions • Coaching and accompanying teams and individuals to promote self-organization, individual responsibility and continuous improvement • Supporting the teams in the application of Scrum, agile methods and best practices in product development • Identifying, making transparent and removing obstacles (impediments) at team, product and organizational levels • Co-shaping and coordinating transformation and change initiatives within the framework of organizational developments • Further developing and establishing effective working models, forms of collaboration and ways of working • Promoting transparency regarding goals, priorities, progress as well as an open feedback and error culture • Supporting Product Owners and stakeholders in understanding agile principles as well as in the effective management and documentation of the Product Backlog • Applying agile metrics and data-driven improvement approaches to increase team and product performance Profile ### • Sound experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role in agile organizations • Demonstrable experience with organizational restructuring, transformation or change initiatives • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. PSM, CSM) as well as practical experience with agile metrics and data-driven improvement • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) as well as a good basic understanding of product development • Strong coaching, moderation and facilitation competence as well as experience in accompanying teams and stakeholders • Technological affinity and interest in digital products, technologies and modern ways of working • Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Business fluent German skills as well as fluent English skills in spoken and written form • Systemic thinking ability, high social competence as well as the ability to structure and convey complex matters understandably • Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented personality with team spirit, conflict management skills and a high readiness for change Benefits ### • Responsible and varied activity in a technically exciting environment • Access to state-of-the-art technologies and tools • Remote possibility
